Once the implant is placed, sutures are applied and a follow-up X-ray is taken. You’ll receive personalized aftercare instructions, prescriptions if needed, an appointment for suture removal, and guidance on the expected timeline for uncovering the implant.

Follow-Up Examination

Your prosthodontist then performs a 3D scan of the implant to transfer precise data to the dental laboratory.

Fabrication and Placement of a Temporary Restoration

Within five hours, the laboratory fabricates a custom abutment and temporary crown. In the evening, you return for a second visit: we remove the healing abutment and secure the temporary restoration. This allows you to maintain the aesthetics of your smile right away and comfortably return to your daily routine.
